Reports from January are in and we are seeing a dip in Seattle’s housing inventory. In January 2016, there were 1,906 active listings on the market in King County while in 2017, there were only 1,444 actives listings.
A recent article by Curbed writer Tom Trimbath details that 2017 will likely be busier than 2016 when it comes to our housing market.
